Shipping Policy

At Santosh Masala, we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. All products are shipped from our own stores or warehouses located within India.

Order Processing and Delivery Timeline

We strive to process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 2 to 10 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the delivery address provided. However, the delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as logistics delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Santosh Masala shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery once the order has been dispatched.

Deliveries are made through third-party courier or logistics services between Monday to Saturday, during standard business hours.


Delivery Confirmation and Responsibility

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept the package. Santosh Masala is not responsible for orders signed and accepted by someone other than the person who placed the order.

Once the package is delivered and accepted, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or tampering. If the packaging appears tampered with or if any items are missing or damaged, the same must be reported immediately.

Any such concerns should also be clearly mentioned on the delivery receipt or ‘Proof of Delivery (POD)’ copy and returned to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are clearly displayed at the time of checkout, before you confirm your order.

  • Free Shipping on all orders of INR 499 or above
  • A flat shipping fee of INR 100 is applicable on orders below INR 499

Please note that shipping charges may vary depending on factors such as product weight, size, packaging requirements, or delivery location. Any changes to the shipping cost will be clearly communicated at the time of checkout.
