Cancellation & Return Policy

At Santosh Masala, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns and Replacements

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect products received
  • Products returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products are in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging
  • A copy of the original invoice and return authorization number is included

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs. If we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup due to courier unavailability, you may be requested to return the item via any reliable courier service. Courier charges, in such cases, will be reimbursed.

Please note:

  • Used or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Refunds or replacements will not be processed without proper documentation
  • Processing a return may take up to 3 weeks, and you will be notified once the process is complete

Replacement Process

In case of incorrect product delivery:

  • Notify us within 3 business days via email or phone
  • Return the item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery
  • We will bear the return courier charges
  • The replacement item will be shipped within 4 to 5 business days after verification

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations to your order can only be made before shipment
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or refunded
  • If any payment issue or authorization problem arises, Santosh Masala reserves the right to cancel the order prior to shipment without liability

Duplicate Orders and Mistaken Transactions

If you’ve accidentally placed the same order twice and wish to cancel one:

  • Inform us via email or call within 2 business days
  • A 3% processing fee will be deducted
  • The courier cost (if any) will be borne by the customer
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 8 business days, or as per your bank’s refund policy

Right to Cancel Orders

Santosh Masala reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:

  • Incorrect pricing due to technical or manual errors
  • Payment authorization failures
  • Inventory or logistics issues

If an order is cancelled under such circumstances, the full amount will be refunded, and you will be notified promptly.
